You move nothing. We clear the deck, pressure wash it, and hand sand the rough and worn areas. Then we give the wood time to dry.
We stain the floor, stairs, and wooden railings. When we're finished, you and I look everything over together. Then you pay.
I handle your quote, scheduling, and communication, and I look everything over with you when we're finished.
I’ll recommend the stain I’d use for your deck and let you know how much you’ll need. If you want something different, just let me know.
If the weather isn't right for staining, I'll reach out and get you rescheduled. You'll be my priority as soon as the weather clears.
Everything in the Full Comeback, plus I'll reach back out next spring and come back for an included maintenance wash. I'll check how everything is looking, keep your deck and stain details saved, and you'll get priority when I open my spring schedule.
Available to the first 10 customers this season.
This is what I recommend for most decks. We pressure wash, hand sand the rough and worn floor areas, then stain the deck floor, stairs, and wooden railings.
If your railings are still in good shape and you mainly want the floor and stairs done, this may be all you need. We pressure wash, sand the rough and worn floor areas, and stain the deck floor and stairs. The railings stay as they are.
I started washing decks in the southwest suburbs when I was 16.
Four summers later, I run a small crew that I train myself.
I still quote every deck personally, stay involved throughout the job, and look everything over before we call it done.
